My wife Julie , son Brenden and I (Richard) became Lancaster Ohio residents over 25 years ago. Since moving we have been blessed with another son Spencer and daughter Cassidy. They have all graduated from Lancaster High School and are doing great. Julie has been a site manager with Fairfield County Meals On Wheels for 6+ years now. My business history consists of positions in customer service management, scheduling analysis, business consulting and all facets of the heating and cooling industry with an emphasis on part sourcing.

During my 10+ years in the HVAC industry, I couldn't help but notice a retail need that was not being filled. Local supply houses will not sell parts to the general public due to their commitments to their contractors and contractors will not sell parts because they employ HVAC professionals to install parts for customers.

Lets face it there are several HVAC parts that don't require a professional to install, that any DIY weekend warrior can easily install and get heating or cooling restored quickly and save hundreds in the process. Our number one goal is to get the part to our customers the same day whenever possible. For this reason, we stock all common parts and also have partnered with local supply houses as well as several others in the Columbus area to assure our commitment to you is met.
